Orders and Payment

By placing an order with the Australian Camp Oven Festival through this site you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Festival Conditions of Entry.

A contract between you, the user and The Australian Camp Oven Festival Millmerran Inc for the sale of our event tickets and merchandise will only exist once an order has been accepted, paid for, processed and downloaded.

You, the user, agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a Product.

All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices include Australian GST (where applicable).

The Australian Camp Oven Festival accepts online payment in a secure environment.  The price and availability of our products is subject to change without notice.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Festival Organisers will not refund, provide an exchange or replace any tickets where:

• The ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event.
• The ticket is stolen or lost.
• The ticket has been duplicated.
• The ticket holder has been refused entry or evicted from the grounds in any of the circumstances outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• The event does not meet his or her expectations.
• The incorrect ticket type has been purchased.
• Should unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond ACOF control cause disruption or abandonment of the remainder of the Event.
• Should you choose not to attend on the occasion of inclement weather – this is an all-weather event

*On the occasion of unforeseen and safety-threatening circumstances, prior to the start of the Event, event organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event, with a refund of the amount of the ticket less administration costs.

Refunds

Please refer to our Festival Conditions of Entry regarding Refunds.

Ticket holders are able to transfer their tickets in the event of not being able to attend.  Ticket holders wishing to do so, need to notify our Festival organisers so that tickets in the new name(s) will be issued.  Reissued tickets will be provided via email.

Lost Tickets

If you lose your tickets, we will happily reissue these electronically.

Copyright

By using this site, you acknowledge that the website and all related content is subject to copyright and possibly other intellectual property rights.  We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use this Website solely for your personal use.

Permission to reuse, copy or reproduce any content and images from this Website is strictly prohibited, unless prior written permission has been obtained from us.

Subject to applicable law, we may revoke a users permission to use this site at any time and may suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of this Website without notice.

You must not disclose to another person any user name or password that is given to you for our site.  We will assume that any use of this website made using that user name and password is you, and you will be responsible for any such use, except where you have notified us under paragraph (b).

The purchase of tickets and merchandise from The Australian Camp Oven Festival is conducted electronically and each party agrees that the other may communicate with it electronically for all aspects of any product purchase, including by sending electronic notices.
