Booking Tickets

Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Wednesday 1 July and be warned – campsites go quickly so it pays to be prepared!  

Bookings can only be made online so we recommend doing the following before ticket sales launch on 1 July. We are not able to hold or reserve camping sites or tickets.

If you have a group wanting to be situated together, one person can always book these sites on behalf of the group and then email the tickets to other group members.

Research any dinners or workshops that you would like to add to your ticket at the time of booking. 

Set up your account with our ticketing provider so you’re ready to go for the 1 July, 2026.

Sign up to our newsletter so you receive a reminder when tickets go on sale.

A reminder that we cannot take phone bookings. If you need assistance with making a booking online, please ask a family member or friend to make the booking online on your behalf.

Before you head off for your trip to Millmerran

Millmerran is a tiny township and while we have great coffee and shops, our pharmacy and food stores may not have all the products that are available in larger towns.  So if you have something specific that you need, we highly recommend that you bring those items with you – particularly medications!

We also advise to plan ahead with clothing. Spring on the Darling Downs can sometimes mean four seasons in one day!  Come prepared for warm to hot days and cool to cold nights.

If you’re a light sleeper, you might also want to pack earplugs.  Campsites near the festival stage areas may hear music from the festival precinct at night.  Fellow campers and volunteers may also be moving around the site during the day and night, so best to be prepared!

Mobile phone coverage in Millmerran can also be limited.  Telstra and Optus are the most reliable signals.

When To Arrive

You can arrive in the week leading up to the festival and live like a local. In fact, we encourage you too as the Millmerran community has a great week of events, tours and activities planned. 

Make sure that you are signed up to our newsletter to receive the community program of events as soon as it is ready.

How to Access Your Tickets

Should you need to access your tickets, you can do so from your members area.

Once in the members portal you can:

• Reprint tickets
• Name tickets and send to friends and family for downloading

If you’ve bought tickets for a group of people make sure you’ve shared your tickets with others too.

Once On Site

Accessing Our Signature Campers Camping Grounds

Our Signature Campers Camping Grounds are located within the Millmerran Showgrounds, right next to our festival precinct.

You can arrive at the Signature Campers Camping grounds during Festival week as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm (via Gate 2)
• Saturday: 7:00am – 10:00am only (via Gate 1)

We are unable to accept arrivals outside these hours.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be available to purchase from our merchandise stand within the festival precinct during the hours of the festival.

Use The Courtesy Bus 

Once you’ve parked up at ACOF, you can travel around town using the Millmerran Commerce and Progress Inc’s ‘festival courtesy bus’.

The timetable for the bus will be available from late July.  Again, make sure you are signed up to our newsletter and we’ll send this straight to your inbox!
